Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team and support our growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within a fast-paced consulting environment.


  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to drive sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, promotional content, and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of industry events and networking activities.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and understanding our services and client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills in all client interactions.
  • Show initiative in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and the consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
